iSpyNow Installation Guide - How to Setup iSpyNow
This Tutorial was designed to assist you in the use of iSpyNOW 3.0 (Remote Internet Monitoring Software). The following tutorial will give you visual references and explain in detail how to begin using the iSpyNOW software and user control panel. Once you have read this tutorial, we believe you will have a better understanding of how to use iSpyNOW and the features associated with it. We encourage all subscribers to read the online tutorial before writing our support team. Many questions concerning your purchase will be found in the tutorial.
Step 1
Once you have completed your online purchase via our secure server you will be directed to a download link. Click on the download link to begin downloading the tray companion software for your iSpyNOW members account. Once the download has been completed, proceed to install the tray companion software. The Tray Companion software is an important piece of iSpyNOW, as it is your tool for creating you iSpyNOW module, as well as accessing your account.
The visual reference above gives you an idea of what the Tray Companion software looks like when it is installed on your PC. You can access the Tray Companion software by clicking the icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen by the Windows Clock.
Step 2
Now that you have successfully installed the iSpyNOW Tray Companion software, it is time to create your personalized iSpyNOW Member Account. Your iSpyNOW Member account is your key to using iSpyNOW, as you need a username/password to access any and all areas of the software. Your username and password are necessary for logging into your account and reviewing recorded log data, as well as for creating your iSpyNOW module for remote or local deployment.
To create your account, you must first check your e-mail inbox for your serial number and Order ID. This e-mail was sent to the e-mail address you specified when ordering iSpyNOW, and should have come right after you installed the software (within a few moments after purchase). The subject of the e-mail is "Your iSpyNOW Registration Information". Once you have located this e-mail, keep it handy, as you will need the information enclosed.
You are ready to proceed to creating your iSpyNOW account!
Step 3
Now that you have the e-mail containing your iSpyNOW Order ID and Serial Number, you are ready to begin creating your personalized iSpyNOW Member account.
In the website that appears, you will be prompted for all of the following:
Username: This is your desired iSpyNOW Member Account username. You create this name on your own.
Password: This is your iSpyNOW Member Account password. It is imperative that you remember this password - as it is necessary to gain access to your iSpyNOW Member Account, as well as when creating your iSpyNOW Module. Your password is also case sensitive (i.e. - "hello" is NOT the same as "HELLO")
Your Full Name: This is first and last name. It should be the same as the name used when purchasing iSpyNOW.
Your E-Mail Address: This is your e-mail address. This should be one that you can have iSpyNOW account information mailed to if necessary.
Order ID: Your Order ID is the Reference Number you received upon ordering the software. This is an important value, and must be accurate. You can find your Order ID inside the e-mail you located in the previous step.
Serial Number: This is your assigned iSpyNOW Serial Number. This must be typed in exactly as you received it.

Step 4
Now that you have typed everything in inside the account creation wizard, it is time to actually CREATE your account. This is the easiest part - all you need to do is click the button labeled "Create iSpyNOW Account NOW!" and follow the on screen instructions.
The picture below shows you the final stages of the iSpyNOW account creation wizard. You may also opt to have iSpyNOW send you a copy of your member information. If you do opt to have your account information sent to you via e-mail, please keep this in a safe place to prevent others from potentially finding it.
Step 5
By now you should have already created your iSpyNOW Member Account, and you are ready to login! To login to your iSpyNOW Member Account, click the following link. This will take you directly to the login screen where you type in your iSpyNOW username and password.
Below we have visually illustrated what the user login will look like. Once you have reached this login, you must use your username, and password you assigned yourself in the previous step.
Note: If, when you attempt to login (after entering your username and password and clicking "Login Now), you are brought back to the login screen, please see the following frequently asked question. You must ensure that your cookies are turned on, and that there are not any third party applications that are blocking cookies from being placed on your PC.
